The Consumption of the World
So we’re at war again……kind of. And once again its over the lovely black gold stuff again, because lets face it that’s why we’re in Libya. Its not to protect the human right to choose a leader, enjoy freedom or be free from Tyranny, its to ensure there is no risk to the supply of oil to the western world, and by that I mean us. Now this sounds like an anti war rant/anti oil rant however that’s not its purpose. More it’s my way of highlighting why things happen.
So Libya has lots of oil, however doesn’t really export it. Now the world is consuming more and more oil daily; our economy depends on it. Our way of life depends on it. Now then lets have a quick look shall we

Now then if we continue to consume these products we shall consume more oil - even more so as we need to transport the damn stuff using internal combustion engines = Petrol.

Now all this info means that we must consume oil to maintain the wonderful lifestyles we live now. So when you protest against middle eastern wars and shout “Not in my name” from underneath your umbrella whilst protesting in your plastic rimmed glasses, lovely clean clothes (detergent) imported from China, curled hair, taking pills for your hay fever after having driven 200 miles in your 2 litre petrol guzzler think - in whose name do you think its in.
I am not pro war, I am anti ignorance. Open your eyes, admit what you’re doing and choose to change.
